1–2: Trophy finalists5: Relegation playoff place2022/23 rules

Teams carried half their first-phase points into phase two, rounded up, then played each pool opponent home and away. First hosted second in the Trophy final; fifth hosted the First Division runner-up in a relegation playoff. The rules assigned direct relegation to sixth, but this saved pool has only five teams.

Stayed up: Won a promotion/relegation play-off and stays in the division it was already in.

A mark only appears when the later competition and its result are both on record, so an unmarked row carries no claim either way.
