Add the club and give each person a role. A coach can plan sessions and see who is coming. A player can only answer for themselves.

Roles and permissions

Owner, admin, coach, manager, physio and player admin. The club decides what each role can see and change.

The rest of the club runs from the same app.

Built-in messaging

Message a player, a team or the whole club from inside the app, so the important stuff stops getting buried in the group chat.

Event scheduling and management

Matches, trainings and club nights on one calendar, each with a venue, a meet time, an answer-by date and the number going.

Trainings you can use again

Copy last Tuesday, or save a training to use again, so pre-season isn't typed out four times.

Personal workout module

Players get their own workouts, tick each one off on their phone, and log their lifts and times as they go.

One card per player

Their plan, their goals, their attendance and whether it is going up or down, in one place before selection.

Everyone gets their own dashboard

Coaches, players, parents and the committee each log in to their own dashboard with the features built for them.

A calendar that updates itself

When the fixture moves, everyone's phone calendar moves with it. Nobody re-sends anything.

Download your own data

Any member can download what Frostlete holds about them, without asking the club first.

Delete an account properly

Deleting an account removes that person everywhere in the club, and admins can ask the whole club to agree to the terms again.

Coming soon: fundraising, built-in club websites, kangaroo courts, a fine system for players, kit management and your own web store. We are building these now, so they are not in the app yet.

Wants to hearhow your week actually runs

There is a long version of why this exists, and the short version is that every club I’ve played for has been disorganised in roughly the same way. If yours is too, tell me how the week actually runs and we’ll set the club up together.

  • The club name and how many teams play
  • Where the schedule lives today
  • What goes wrong most weeks
