Every match and training has an answer-by date. Players open the event to reply and can change their answer until then, without messaging anyone.

The event shows who hasn't answered, and the coach sends them a reminder email from that screen. The email takes them straight back to the event to answer. If a player texts the coach instead, the coach can set the answer for them.
Yes, up to the answer-by date on the event. After that the coach plans with the number they have, and can still change an answer if something happens on the day, unless the event is cancelled.
Members subscribe to the club or team feed in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Their calendar app checks for changes on its own schedule. Edits in a personal calendar do not change the Frostlete event.
Frostlete distinguishes club-wide and team roles. Self-service role settings and the permissions matrix are currently unavailable. Ask about the access your club needs before relying on a particular workflow.
Coaches build a session on a training event or attach a saved club session. Once their account setup is complete, players with access to the event can read the activities there. Staff can copy and adapt saved sessions for another event. Some activity types cannot be saved in an event template yet.
Members can request a data export or account deletion. Deletion has a cancellation period and retention conditions. Members can record or withdraw consent choices; contact us for help with a new consent request.
