Rugby clubs are built by people who care. Frostlete is being built in Amsterdam to give them a shared place to develop players, support one another and build their community.
Why Frostlete exists.
A year from now, we want your people to look at their club and see what they have built together.
Rugby is a community worth investing in. Our aim is to bring research-informed training programmes within reach of smaller clubs, with coaches guiding the work and players seeing their progress. We want teammates to learn from one another and encourage each other along the way. Player development is where our story begins.
Our ambition reaches across club life. Parents who feel involved. Duties with a clear owner. Photos, shared files and traditions that make the club feel like yours. Volunteers and committee members working toward the same goals, including fundraising. Each person should have a useful part to play.
We want the work inside the app to help tell the club’s public story through its profile, with photos and videos, player tagging and selected updates. Social-media management and social and website analytics are part of that wider vision. These are ambitions, not a statement that every workflow is available today.

Current product scope
What clubs can explore with us.
Development, training and communication already have product workflows. Access starts with a conversation about your club; the wider ambition is still being built.
Player development
Coaches review recorded results, active plans, goals due and tests due on development dashboards and leaderboards.
Training sessions
Staff build a session on a training event or attach and adapt a saved club session. Players with event access can read it after account setup.
Team conversations
Members write in the club and team channels they belong to, and can return to earlier messages.
Shared memories
People with event access can add photos after the event starts. Channel members with sending permission can attach supported images and documents. Player tagging and automatic public publishing remain part of the wider ambition.
Public profiles
Discoverable clubs have a profile with an introduction, location, teams and a configured joining path.
Club roles
Frostlete distinguishes club-wide and team roles. Self-service role settings and the permissions matrix are currently unavailable.
Events and calendars
Players reply on the event. Staff can follow up with a reminder email. Members can add club events to their calendar app, which checks for changes on its own schedule.
