FRR publishes Romania’s 2026 national senior men’s XV ladder, with Liga de Rugby Kaufland above Divizia Națională de Seniori. Its 120-member activity-report aggregate is not a club-only list, and the mixed public directory is not turned into club pages.
Permanent leagues, seasonal phases and parallel competitions stay separate so a cup or playoff is not mistaken for a league tier.
