Keep people connected and prepared

Keep the conversation together

Use club and team channels for the questions and conversations that continue between sessions.

Give people the right access

Club admins assign roles and manage permissions so members can use the information relevant to them.

Know who can take part

Review event answers with the coach and follow up with members who have not replied.

Who can join and who is still to answer

Help the work reach the right people

  • Keep a team question in its channel so members can return to the discussion.
  • Ask your club admin to review access when someone takes on a staff role.
  • Review event replies with the coach before they prepare training for the group.

Leave room for everyone’s contribution

  • The coach can focus on training while managers help people find the details.
  • Members can ask questions and support one another between club events.
  • The wider club can keep development, conversations and event information in the same app.

Questions about rugby team manager software

Who can join a team conversation?
Members can open the club and team channels they participate in, send text messages and return to earlier messages. Channel access does not mean every member can contact everyone in the club.
Can a manager change everyone’s permissions?
Club admins manage roles and their permissions. Being a manager does not by itself grant permission to change access. Agree who should manage settings when your club gets started.
How do managers help the coach prepare?
Staff can review event answers, record an answer for a player who contacts them directly and choose to send reminder emails to unanswered members. Calendar subscribers see changes when their calendar app refreshes.
