Prove they're improving.
Move beyond "good game today". Track skill progression, log detailed feedback in seconds, and build a development arc for every player from U6 to Colts.
The "Lost Feedback" Problem.
You give great advice on the training pitch. But by Tuesday, it's forgotten. By Saturday, it's gone. Without a record, you aren't building a player; you're just correcting mistakes in an endless loop.
"I know Joe's improved his tackling but I can't prove it or track it systematically."
"Parents want feedback on their kid's development but I'm not writing reports."
"I can't see player progression over a season without manually reviewing notes."
"Some kids develop fast, others slowly; I want to adjust coaching by individual."
"How do I know if my coaching is actually working?"
"Player A missed 3 sessions and I was asked why he's not in the starting lineup."
The Old Way
- Feedback is ad-hoc: 'good pass today' then forgotten
- No record of player's arc over a season
- Parents ask 'how's he progressing?' and you have no data
- Hard to identify who's improving vs plateauing
- Can't prove your coaching is working
The Frostlete Way
- Growth tracking without bureaucracy
- Coaches can see player trajectory (improving/stalled)
- Parents see structured feedback (not just 'he's doing great!')
- Players feel coached (individualized feedback)
- Coach data shows their teaching is working
The 30-Second Note.
We know excellent coaches are busy. That's why our feedback interface is designed to be used pitch-side, in the rain, in under 30 seconds.

Common Questions
Does it work offline?
Yes. You can add notes and mark skills at the pitch without signal. It syncs automatically when you get back to the clubhouse.
Can parents see this?
Only if you want them to. You can keep notes private to coaching staff, or publish specific feedback cards for the player and parent to review.
How long does it take to learn?
Most coaches are adding their first note within 5 minutes. We've designed everything to be intuitive — no training required.
What about GDPR and data privacy?
All player data is encrypted and stored securely. Parents can request data exports at any time. We're fully GDPR compliant.
Can I export data for end-of-season reports?
Absolutely. Bulk export all notes for a player or squad as PDF or CSV for parent reviews, union reports, or your own records.
Is there a limit to how many notes I can add?
No limits. Add as many observations as you want. We encourage 5-10 notes per session for key player moments.
