Questions about coaching feedback
Where will the coaching feedback be kept?
This direction keeps the observation and next steps in a dated development plan review so they stay with the work being discussed.
Who writes the feedback?
The coach writes the observation and next steps. The examples show authored coaching notes, with no AI assessment or automatically generated judgement.
Can I read the previous feedback?
The review history keeps earlier dated notes so you can read the previous observation and agreed action before writing the next review.
Can feedback include an update to a goal?
The review can include a deliberate goal update alongside the written observation and next steps.
Will saving feedback notify the player?
Player notifications are not included in this feedback flow. Saving a review and sending a message are separate actions.
Is this the same as a private coach note?
This direction covers feedback in development plan reviews. Private coaching notes keep their own access rules; writing a development review does not share a private note with the player.
Give the next session something specific to work on.
Keep the observation, the next step and the review date with the player's development plan.
