Questions about Frostlete for strength coaches
- What can I put in a training session?
- Add the session as an ordered list of drills, copy an earlier session or save one to use again. Players can mark items complete when the published session has player interaction enabled.
- Which testing categories can I review?
- Development leaderboards can use strength, speed, endurance, attendance or a custom category. Frostlete shows the recorded results; it does not predict the next result. Plans, goals and tests due sit on the player development dashboard.
- Does Frostlete write the programme for me?
- No. Frostlete helps the club organise sessions, completion and recorded development information. It does not claim AI programming, scientific recommendations, injury reduction or guaranteed performance outcomes.
