Portugal's latest confirmed senior domestic structure is the 2025/26 FPR season: men's CNDH/TOP12, CN1, CN2 and CN3, plus separate women’s Honra and multi-format CN1 competitions. No 2026/27 regulation or final entry list has been found, and the public pages do not give tables, results or a complete club list.
Permanent leagues, seasonal phases and parallel competitions stay separate so a cup or playoff is not mistaken for a league tier.
Senior men
FPR's 2025/26 documents name Campeonato Nacional da Divisão de Honra/TOP12, CN1, CN2 and CN3 as the national men's competitions. Their groups and phases change each season and are not extra permanent leagues.
Divisão de Honra / TOP12
The CNDH regulation says TOP12 is a commercial name for Campeonato Nacional da Divisão de Honra, not a separate competition. Its Annex I and FPR's later launch notice disagree on which teams are in each regular-phase group, so this page notes the conflict and does not list the teams.
CN1, CN2 and CN3
FPR publishes separate 2025/26 regulations for CN1, CN2 and CN3. The activity plan describes CN3 as a development level below CN2. Exact groups, entries and promotion decisions depend on each season's regulations.
Senior women
FPR's 2025/26 regulations name Divisão de Honra Feminina as the senior women's XV competition and CN1 Feminina as a separate multi-format competition.
Divisão de Honra Feminina
The 2025/26 regulation uses fifteen starters and a regular phase followed by title semifinals, a final and a separate closing group. This page keeps those phases but does not list the five entrants or assume promotion from CN1.
CN1 format boundary
The CN1 Feminina regulation uses sevens in its regular phase and tens in its final phase. It is not shown here as a normal women's XV second tier or a fixed promotion ladder.
Secondary, satellite and development teams
FPR publishes separate 2025/26 regulations for secondary and satellite teams alongside the national competition regulations.
Identity boundary
A secondary team belongs to its club and plays in a lower division under the regulation. Secondary, satellite, reserve and joint teams are not treated as separate clubs or as first-team ladder entries here.
Youth
The FPR regulation list has separate 2025/26 national youth regulations, including U18 and U16.
Separate age-grade activity
Age-grade competitions are separate. They do not show senior clubs, senior standings or an adult promotion path.
Regional and local activity
FPR documents the four senior men's national competitions centrally. It does not name a separate regional governing body for that chain.
No inferred local ladder
