The completed 2025/26 Kenya Cup ran from a partly recorded regular season through playoffs to a final. Kenya Rugby Union names the Championship League below it.
Named movement is season-specific
Kisumu RFC and MMUST RFC moved to the Championship League, while Mwamba RFC and JKUAT Cougars entered Kenya Cup for 2026/27. These are four named outcomes, not a permanent automatic rule.
KRU's official pages name separate Nationwide regional league groups. They do not show who runs each region or one automatic national pyramid.
Regional relationships remain bounded
Named end-of-season moves connect some Nationwide groups to the Championship League, but they do not show every feeder, eligibility rule or future move.
KRU's season report names Women's Kenya Cup and Rugby Women's Championship results separately from the men's Kenya Cup.
Separate family evidence required
The union has not published complete women's formats, teams, tables or promotion rules, so no women's competition is shown here yet.
Enterprise Cup and Mwamba Cup are separate knockout competitions, not phases of Kenya Cup.
