Unión de Rugby del Uruguay publishes national and interior competitions. Its completed 2025 Top 12 de Primera División used Apertura and Clausura tournaments followed by a title decider. The union does not say whether this Top 12 is men’s, women’s, or mixed, and it does not publish a complete national pyramid or a list of teams.
Permanent leagues, seasonal phases and parallel competitions stay separate so a cup or playoff is not mistaken for a league tier.
