Brazilian rugby separates national competitions run by the Confederação Brasileira de Rugby from competitions run by its state and regional federations. This page explains the completed 2025 men's Super 12. It does not join those two levels into one permanent ladder.
Permanent leagues, seasonal phases and parallel competitions stay separate so a cup or playoff is not mistaken for a league tier.
The 2025 Super 12 used three regional groups, a six-team Hexagonal and a national final. Its 2026 first- and second-division names apply to that season only, not to permanent separate competitions.
Completed 2025 edition
Jacareí and Farrapos drew 11–11 after normal and extra time. Jacareí won the alternating-kicks decider 4–3. This page does not show that as a 15–14 rugby score.
Affiliated state and regional federations run their own competitions and decide who qualifies. Their entrants and promotion outcomes are set season by season, not by a fixed national pyramid.
Qualification boundary
The regional Qualificatório feeds the 2026 entry list, but it is not one permanent automatic promotion rule.
Women's and sevens competitions are separate from the men's Super 12. They have their own formats and teams, and are not covered here.

A men's entry does not mean there is also a women's, youth or sevens team.
