TRF’s checked 2026 XV regulations and application notice name senior men’s, senior women’s and U20 men’s league families, but do not prove accepted entries or completion.
Three parallel XV families
The checked regulations present senior men’s, senior women’s and U20 men’s competitions as distinct age and gender families. They do not establish a promotion ladder between them.
Groups and later stages
TRF may organise competition groups geographically and progress group results toward later stages. Those are edition-specific phases, not permanent lower divisions.
Completion and correction boundary
TRF’s dated 2024 15’li Ragbi Ligi record is the latest officially provable completed senior men’s XV family in the reviewed material. Later regulations and application notices do not establish a completed replacement edition. Its administrative-result entries, incomplete final-table evidence and unresolved correction record mean Frostlete does not reconstruct standings, recalculate results, assign missing dates or silently repair display-name and date inconsistencies.
Bounded 2025 U20 outcome
TRF reports the completed 2025 U20 men’s XV second-league event. That category-specific outcome is historical evidence only: it does not establish a current U20 ladder, a senior movement route, a canonical club/team map, or a complete honours record.
