1–6: Champions pool7–11: Trophy pool2022/23 rules

The saved table contains 11 teams. The top six entered the Champions pool and the other five entered the Trophy pool. Teams carried half their first-phase points into phase two, rounded up, then played each pool opponent home and away.

Stayed up: Won a promotion/relegation play-off and stays in the division it was already in.

A mark only appears when the later competition and its result are both on record, so an unmarked row carries no claim either way.
