4: Relegation playoff place5–8: Direct relegation places2021/22 rules (opens in a new tab)
Fourth hosted the First Division champion in a relegation playoff. Fifth to eighth went directly to First Division as Ereklasse reduced to 12 teams.
- Stayed up
- Won a promotion/relegation play-off and stays in the division it was already in.
A mark only appears when the later competition and its result are both on record, so an unmarked row carries no claim either way.
