1–8: Champions pool9–16: Trophy pool2021/22 rules (opens in a new tab)
Sixteen teams played each other once. The top eight entered the Champions pool and the rest the Trophy pool; each pool then played seven matches per team.
- Stayed up
- Won a promotion/relegation play-off and stays in the division it was already in.
A mark only appears when the later competition and its result are both on record, so an unmarked row carries no claim either way.
