A Philips worker helped start RCE with a demonstration match
The club history says Thal Larsen founded RCE on 30 July 1929 after moving to Eindhoven for Philips. After playing in Delft, he and J.C. Schut invited The Corinthians and a Delft side for a demonstration match.
