Rugby Club Nieuwegein
Club summary
Nieuwegein's club was founded in 1979. At its early shared ground, players had to put up the rugby posts before every home match because the pitch also served a football club. Café de Zwaan filled in as the canteen before members built their own wooden clubhouse.Recent scores

Club history
The posts went up before every home match
At Sportpark Rijnhuizen, the rugby pitch doubled as JSV's training field. The club therefore had to put up the posts before every home match.
