Competition structureEurope region·Sources checked 28 Aug 2026
The Cyprus Rugby Federation’s 2025/26 pages name four men’s Championship displays and five women’s Championship displays. They establish only a dated competition shape: no published standings, results, fixtures, stable team identifiers, tier order, movement rule, or club/team club-to-team map is admitted.
Permanent leagues, seasonal phases and parallel competitions stay separate so a cup or playoff is not mistaken for a league tier.
Men’s Championship
The CRF men’s page says four displays have been selected for the 2025/26 Cyprus Rugby Championship.
Four the union names, structure only
4 Scots RC, AEL Limassol Rugby, Akrotiri Flamingos, and Nicosia RC/Paphos Tigers (joint franchise) are preserved only as the page’s dated 2025/26 display contexts. They do not create clubs, teams, a complete entrant list beyond that page, or a results/table route.
Women’s Championship
The CRF women’s page calls 2025/26 the second official Women’s Championship season and names five displays.
Five the union names, structure only
Akrotiri Rugby, Larnaca Spartans, Limassol Sirens, Nicosia Rugby, and Paphos Wildcats remain dated competition-display contexts. They do not publish a club-to-team relationship, competition format beyond the page’s own wording, standing, result, phase, or movement rule.
7s family
CRF navigation names a Cyprus Rugby Sevens Championship family.
Family name only
That page does not publish an edition, field, fixtures, standings, results, identities, or relationship to either 2025/26 championship display.
Beach rugby family
CRF publishes a separate beach-rugby surface.
Family name only
That page describes an event open to domestic, military, and touring teams. It is not evidence of a domestic league tier, a club identity, or a cross-border competition family.
What Frostlete covers here
Tables, club pages, and title archives appear here when Frostlete actually publishes them.
Scores and tables
Official website
Frostlete has not connected Cyprus fixtures, standings, scores, or results. The CRF pages are official discovery and handoff surfaces, not an approved data, correction, identifier, or copying those records contract.
CRF’s Club Rugby finder shows five names, including Vipers RFC and Ayia Napa. None of those names have a current Frostlete club page. The finder does not say how many clubs exist, which are active, or how they map to competitions.
A CRF-published 2025/26 men’s Championship presentation with four named displays. It is not a live table, a results service, or a complete current-season archive.
How this family moves up or down is not published here.
A CRF-published 2025/26 women’s Championship presentation with five raw displays. It is structure-only: no reusable standings, results, phase, movement, or club/team identity mapping is shown here.
A separately named CRF club-rugby family only. No edition, participant set, result, standings, identity, or relationship to the 2025/26 men’s or women’s Championship is asserted.
How this family moves up or down is not published here.
A separate CRF beach-rugby event family. The open domestic, military, and touring invitation is not a league ladder, a identity registry, or evidence of a cross-border domestic competition family.
CRF’s Club Rugby finder shows five names, including Vipers RFC and Ayia Napa. None of those names have a current Frostlete club page. The finder does not say how many clubs exist, which are active, or how they map to competitions.
