  • Make sure the club has your child’s availability. Contact staff if your plans change.
  • If you use a club calendar subscription, remember that updates follow your calendar app’s schedule.

What staff can check

  • Staff update the fixture when the meeting time or kick-off changes.
  • They can see who still needs to answer.
  • They can send a reminder email with a link back to that fixture.

How should I confirm my child’s availability?
Ask your club how it wants parents to reply. Frostlete lets players answer their own events and staff record an answer for a player.
Where does the reminder email take members?
Staff can email members who have not answered. The email links back to the relevant event.
Does the calendar feed update when events change?
Yes. A subscribed calendar refreshes on the calendar app's own schedule as club and team events change.
