How fast do we get our money?
Payouts are processed daily on a rolling 2-day schedule. If a player pays match fees on Saturday, the funds land in your club bank account by Tuesday morning. We don't hold your money.
Can I export data to my accounting software?
Yes. The Pro plan includes one-click exports for Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage. You can verify match fees against bank deposits in seconds, saving hours of reconciliation time.
Do you support Direct Debit for annual subs?
Yes. You can set up monthly installments for annual memberships. If a payment fails, we automatically retry and notify the player, so you don't have to chase them.
What are the transaction fees?
We charge a platform fee of 1.4% + 20p per transaction on the Pro plan. You can choose to absorb this fee or pass it on to the member at checkout.
Is my club data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption (AES-256) for all data. We are fully GDPR compliant and never sell your member data to third parties.
Do you offer discounts for charities?
Yes, we offer a 25% discount for registered charities and CASC clubs on our Pro plan. Contact our support team with your registration number to apply.
