Xieng Khouang RFC is a rugby union club in Xieng Khouang Province, Laos. By one count, it is the only team representing the province. It has both a men's and a women's side.
History
Xieng Khouang RFC was formed in 2018 from players in the Champa Ban powered by ChildFund Pass It Back programme.
Like the other clubs of the Lao Rugby Federation, Xieng Khouang RFC plays in the Lao Colours League and the Lao League, an annual competition of eight or more senior and under-18 teams from Laos.
