History
During the 2021/22 season Larnaca Spartans and Limassol Crusaders RFC hosted the federation's training sessions for women and young players. The first of these, the federation's first ladies and youths training day, was held on 5 February 2022 at the Pyla Community Stadium in Larnaca and hosted by Larnaca Spartans. By then the club had already started to establish a women's team, and its youth rugby was growing year on year.
The club, as Σπαρτιάτες Λάρνακας, was among the teams for the 2023 sevens championship. After a Get Into Rugby 2.0 school session in Larnaca on 29 February 2024, the federation directed the children taking part to Larnaca Spartans as their local club.
In November 2025 the club's youth section helped with flag bearing and ball duties on the day of Cyprus's season-opening international against Malta. In 2025/26, the second season of the official Cyprus Women's Championship, Larnaca Spartans were among the championship teams.
