In 2025/26 Stade Rochelais had five women's teams across three age categories, with its senior teams playing in Élite 2 and Fédérale 1 that season. The reserve team is a way for players to gain experience and playing time before possibly applying for the elite squad.
In 2025/26 the women trained three times a week at the Plaine des Jeux Colette Besson. Players who want to join are asked to fill in a form on the club's website, after which the coaching staff make contact.
