Erikslunds KF Rugby is the rugby section of Erikslunds Kamratförening (Erikslunds KF, EKF), a non-profit sports association in Täby, Sweden. The association also has a football section. The rugby section plays fifteens and its variants, sevens, X-rugby and touch rugby, and belongs to the Stockholms Rugbyförbund district. In 2026 its men's team plays in Allsvenskan Herr 15s Norr.
History
Erikslunds Kamratförening was formed in 1972, when a group of enthusiastic parents gathered on the newly built football pitch in Erikslund. Rugby was added later.
The men were second in the 2024 Allsvenskan ranking. In July 2025 Erikslund were leading the northern group of Allsvenskan ahead of Exiles B and Uppsala. At the end of the 2025 regular season they were second in the northern group behind Exiles B. In the final 2025 men's XV ranking Erikslund KF were sixth.
As of 14 July 2026, the rugby section had 154 licensed members, up from 140. Its new changing rooms and clubhouse at Täby Rugby Centrum were to be officially celebrated on 15 August 2026.

Ground
The section's main rugby ground is Täby Rugby Center, also called Ella BP, at Storängsvägen 3, 187 30 Täby. The association's football home is Erikslunds BP, where much of its daily activity takes place. Rugby teams also train on the artificial pitch at Erikslund and in Erikslundshallen.
Teams and training
The section has youth teams at under-8, under-10, under-12, P14, P16 and P18, girls' teams, and one senior team each for men and women. It also has a touch rugby team. The club calls its players "grönsvarta" (green and black).
In 2026 the men play in Allsvenskan Herr 15s Norr. By 18 August 2026 they had won one of their five league matches and lost four.
As of August 2026, most teams train two or three times a week in spring and autumn and once or twice a week in winter. In the club's words, it is never too late to start playing rugby, and the club is used to welcoming beginners. Newcomers may train two or three times before deciding to join. The men's team asks new players to bring boots and comfortable clothes, with only plastic or rubber studs on artificial grass. Membership of the association cost 600 kr for 2026, paid once a year for all its sports.
The section has an English joining page. Many of the club's coaches, players and members come from other parts of the world, so some English is usually spoken at training.
Club life
The association's motto is "Vi växer tillsammans!" ("We grow together!"). In December 2025 the rugby section set out its vision: to be the most welcoming and thriving amateur rugby club, where players of all ages and backgrounds come together to develop, have fun and build lifelong relationships through rugby, while strengthening rugby in Sweden and making a positive difference in the local community.
