History
The club was established in 2001. It started with only about three to five people and a few balls, which they passed around in parks. The club calls the Warriors Ladies Finland's first official rugby club for women.
The men entered the 2025 season as reigning Finnish champions and opened it away to Kalev in Tallinn; the second team, Warriors II, also began its Division 2 season against Kalev II in Tallinn. At the 2025 finals day in Turku the men retained their title, beating Helsinki RC 29–7 in the final. The men also won the 2025 sevens championship. On 31 January 2026 the club hosted the opening tournament of the national sevens series at the Myyrmäki hall in Vantaa.
