Hamlet Rugby Klub is a rugby club in Helsingør, Denmark, with youth, senior and old boys' sections. The club calls rugby a sport for everyone.
History
Hamlet Rugby Klub in Helsingør started in 1981. In 1995 Hamlet entered a team partnership (holdfællesskab) with Rugbyklubben Comet; when the cooperation ended in 1998, Comet closed and its players moved to other clubs. In another account, Comet's rugby section later merged with Hamlet in order to survive, but Comet finally closed in 1998. Comet/Hamlet won the Danish men's championship in 1996.
On 22 June 2025 the club hosted the third round of Rugby Danmark's development tournament (Udviklingsstævne 3).
