RK Kruševac (Ragbi klub Kruševac, Rugby Club Kruševac) is a rugby union club in Kruševac, Serbia, founded on 19 August 1992. Its players are known as the Vukovi (Wolves). In 2025 the senior men's team played in the four-team Super Liga, the Serbian fifteen-a-side championship.
History
The "Kruševac Herioters" were three boys from Kruševac who played for the rugby team of George Heriot's School in Edinburgh and also had their own Serbian XV. Rugby in the town itself dates from 1982, when Dragan Vujasinovic, a former player of RC Partizan Belgrade, brought an oval ball to Kruševac. The first rugby match in Kruševac, between Nada and Partizan, was played at the Gradski stadion on 3 April 1983. The same year RC "July 7th" was founded in the town's military camp; it lost its first game 0–16 to RC Student in Niš and stopped playing in 1986.
On 19 August 1992 a group of former July 7th players formed Rugby Club Kruševac, with Ljubisa Popovic as its first president. In 1997, with a team whose average age was 18 and a half, the club finished second at the first Yugoslav Sevens Championship. In spring 2003 it won Division 2 of the Serbian Championship without defeat and was promoted to Division 1. In 2005 it started a women's section, the She Wolves, and calls itself the first club in Serbia to do so.
In 2013 the club reached the final of the Serbian Cup by beating Balkan Mosquitos FC 24–12, then lost the final 7–130 to RC Pobednik; the club calls the run the biggest success in its history.
The club's seniors played at a Serbian Championship sevens tournament in June 2016 and did not take the field again until March 2021. In December 2021 the team lost the final of the B group of the Serbian Championship 28–44 to Torpedo Mlava. In November 2024 it played its first fifteen-a-side match for nine years, and in 2025 it returned to the Serbian fifteen-a-side championship after a long break, as one of four teams in the Super Liga with RK Rad, RK Dinamo 1954 and BRK Crvena Zvezda. In March 2025 between 15 and 20 players were training regularly.
In June 2026 the club finished as runner-up in the Serbian sevens championship; by its own count this was its third national sevens runner-up place, after 1997 and 2023.
