Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026 • Version 2.0.0
1. Who we are
Frostlete Tools (frostlete.com/tools) is provided by Frostlete Inc., a Delaware corporation, 1320 Arrow Point Drive, Ste 510TW119, Cedar Park, Texas 78613. Questions: legal@frostlete.com. By creating an account or using Tools you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Tools are free
We don't charge for Tools. If we ever offer paid features, we will tell you the price and ask you to agree to it before you pay anything. Nothing in these terms commits you to a payment.
3. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must agree before your account is fully active.
4. Your work
Team sheets, sessions, programs, test results, résumés and anything else you create stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them only to run Tools for you and the people you choose to share with. You can download or delete your work, and delete your account, from your account settings.
6. Fair use
Don't misuse Tools: no breaking the law, harassing others, uploading harmful code, trying to get into other people's accounts or data, scraping or overloading the service, or getting around our limits and security.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Tools running and your work safe, but Tools is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change, pause or stop a tool. If we stop Tools altogether, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download your work.
8. Ending
You can stop using Tools and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Frostlete is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you could have exported, and our total liability is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
10. Law
If you live in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, Irish law applies and you may also bring a claim in your own country's courts. In the United States, California law applies. Elsewhere, Irish law applies. This does not take away mandatory consumer protections in your country.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in Tools or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Tools after that means you accept the new terms.
